I was painting with Phillip and had an idea to start a website where we put Chuck Norris vs Kack Bauer from 24... well turns out someone else had the idea... you have to read their face off... it's funny.

Fireproof

So I watched a movie called Fireproof on the weekend. It's a B-Grade MOvie with an A-Grade message. I think it's going to be very impactfull on people and especially men in their marriages. I think it only cost them $500 000 to make the movie, which has done over $20 million already.
Marriage is under fire and i think anything that will help people navigate the waters like this movie will do well right now in the marketplace. With all marriages facing the normal trials and 50 % of people being divorced, the brokenness amongst people is huge!

Marriage is so important... it's not only a picture, a metaphor of Jesus and his Bride, the church but it is also the platform for all of us wanting to making an impact in this world. Your ministry and impact is only going to be as effective to the degree your marriage can support it.

Home Alone

Well Natalie is off to California and I am hanging out with Noah and Ella.
It's been great so far.
You ever realize how much someone does when they are not around. I am amazed at the skills needed to be a full time mom! Two young kids along with all the other needs of a household can be rather overwhelming.
I also now know what my mother had to do as a single mom, working full time.

Take the time to appreciate the people in your life. Stop long enough to realize how much they do for you and make sure you tell them how great they are!
